Eliza is a dynamic, world-class Pilates instructor with 16+ years of diverse training in a variety of modalities. Her teaching style is multi-dimensional and creative, drawing upon years of classical & modern Pilates, varied breath work practices (including training in Transformational Breath), traditional yoga, biomechanics, C2 Body’s BeatBarre and years of athletics and sports competition. She customizes every session to her client or group’s needs, creating challenging, exciting workouts for both mind and body. Her blend of intelligent, precise cueing, supportive guidance and sharp sense of humor make her classes as interesting as they are challenging. With an eye for detail and a warm, inclusive presence, Eliza guides her clients toward better health with the steadfast belief that Pilates is for everyone and beneficial to all who are willing to take that first step to learning more.
